Process for the Collaboration Survey
This survey is used by client organisations who wish to improve the way they work with their
suppliers. Individuals participating in training programmes (trainees) are able to run surveys with the
people they work with (both internal and external). A brief summary of the typical process
is given below; however, there may be slight variations for specific clients.
- Trainee determines the scope of their survey (e.g. whole company or division).
- In conjunction with their line manager/colleagues they decide whom to invite feedback from.
- They set up their survey and our system emails those they want feedback from. This email
contains a unique link to complete the survey. We recommend trainees also send out a personal
email asking people to look out for the invite email.
- People then complete the survey anonymously. Although our systems record who has responded,
trainees are unable to see who has or has not completed feedback. They are also never given the
individual scores (see Anonymity for more information).
- As the survey continues, the trainee is kept aware of the number of people who have completed so
they can decide when to close the survey.
- Once they have closed the survey, they will then be able to see the aggregated results and share this
summary report with colleagues.
- At some point in the future, the trainee may run the survey again to check if progress has been
made.
If you have been asked to participate in the survey, please use the link provided in your invite
email to access the survey. For more information on how the survey works, please refer to the links
