"Just wanted to let you know how well the Influence Profile worked for a large group. There were over 25 in the group, all of whom had completed the Influence Profile before the event. I held back their reports until the day so I could introduce it properly. I took them through all of the usual exercises to start off, and they we got into style spotting. They had such a great time working out who preferred which style. Naturally, some people were renowned for their lack of tact and diplomacy! To help them to get their minds around the different dimensions, instead of merely talking them through each, I thought it would be fun to give them the handout describing the behaviours — then I asked them to position themselves along the back wall based on where they thought they would score. Not only did this help them to understand the dimensions, it also helped them to get to know each other better — they also had quite a few laughs too!"
