- What are the top three priorities for a key senior individual, or for the top team as a whole?
- How does your role/idea help or hinder those priorities?
- What can you do to highlight the positive contributions you could be making?
Getting Noticed Implementation
- Keep learning more about the agendas of the senior people around your organisation.
- Get creative about the way you start to talk about the work you do and how it helps in the bigger picture.
- Look for opportunities to adjust the work you are doing so it is even more aligned to these senior agendas.
