Now, before you lose yourself in my world, or return to yours, here’s all the usual info:-
- Paying my way in the world coaching and training top-level professionals, mainly in large organisations.
- Have focused entirely on the practical use of power and influence for nearly 20 years. Which means I know an awful lot more than most on this critical topic.
- During this time I’ve written 7 (+/-2) books. The best in my opinion is Influential Leadership as it comprehensively details my work up to 2014. The best-selling is 21 Dirty Tricks at Work published in 2005. Despite the cartoons, it is a serious and practical guide for maintaining integrity.
- Fortunately, I am now in the position that, by and large, I am able to work when, where and with whom I wish to work. And I feel enthused working with people who have a good heart and are determined to make a positive impact in the world.
- Although not detailed here, I have a robust and diverse corporate background that includes M&A, Sales, Compliance and IT. In my last proper job I was responsible for International Strategy for a large Financial Services firm.
- Bizarre as it may seem, many clients consider me to be their best kept secret. And I quite like that.
